As the success of our industry awards grows it is vital to ensure the credibility and relevance of this acknowledgement of excellence. This year IBANZ has again engaged New Zealand’s most experienced organization in the developing and running of awards to advise us. A number of areas of improvement have been identified and we are in the process of implementing suggested changes.

One of the challenges and responsibilities of the industry is to develop a new generation of leaders. These awards are designed to assist by encouraging insurance professionals in the pursuit of new goals.

The programme has been developed to ensure that the best within New Zealand are found. Finalists and winners gain invaluable knowledge from the judging process as well as exceptional levels of industry distinction. Either as a stepping stone to promote a career, or to cap off distinguished insurance industry involvement, the programme heralds respect and promotes growth.
