Concord Group Insurance Honored With New Hamlets Corporate Citizen Award.

CONCORD-NEW HAMPSHIRE-October 17, 2008-Concord Group Insurance Companies has been awarded the Roland Roberge Corporate Citizen Award by the New Hampshire Association of Counties. The award is presented to a corporation or small business that reflects former Strafford County Commissioner and Rochester Mayor Roland Roberge’s spirit of commitment to community through public service by donation of time, knowledge or financial support.

Accepting the award for Concord Group Insurance at the NH Association of Counties’ annual meeting held at the Mt. Washington Hotel on October 7, 2008 was Linda J. Day, President of Concord Group Insurance. In accepting the award Day said, "For many years Concord Group has financially supported capital projects for New Hampshire non-profit organizations such as Concord Hospital, New London Hospital, New Hampshire Public Radio, Merrimack County Nursing Home, Mt. Kearsarge Indian Museum and the Capital Center for the Arts. In addition to this financial support, employees and Officers and Directors of Concord Group donate hundreds of hours of volunteer time in their local communities.”
